The Locators Online Headquarters is located in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus; and all communications infrastructure on which Locators Online functions is located here. During an emergency the Locators Online Coordinators form the permanent members of the Emergency Response Team, and they are also responsible for decision-making regarding the organisation.
